Caring for your clothing

All fabrics have been hand chosen by two very picky ladies who know that mothers do not have time to hand wash their clothes! All items are machine washable in a wash bag and can also be put in the dryer unless stated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept either PayPal (you can either pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.). All prices are set in AUD.

Is your website secure?

All payment is processed securely by PayPal, which means that we do not store any of your credit card information at any point. Purchases on Emilia Elliott are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection when your item doesn’t match its description, is faulty, or doesn’t reach you.

How safe is my personal information?

Your personal details are safe with us. The information we collect is only used to provide services you have requested and to inform you customers of website updates. Emilia Elliott will only disclose your personal information if it’s required by law to do so.

Can I change my order details once I've placed it?

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any alterations once you’ve placed it. This includes changing item, item size, the delivery option, delivery address or contact details. If an incorrect address has been given to us, it may take up to 2 weeks for the parcel to be returned back to us, for us to process the order again and redeliver it to you.



How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders with the Express Shipping option will be processed and dispatched within the next working business day.
All orders with the Standard Shipping option will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 working business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes we do allow pickups from Clayton South, VIC or Waterloo, NSW. Please contact us if you would like this option.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to help you.

How can I check the delivery status of my purchase?

You will be given a tracking number in the confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched. You can check the status of the delivery at http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please refer to our shipping information.



What is Emilia Elliott's returns policy?

Emilia ElliottTM is committed to providing you with high quality products.We inspect every order before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault, you may return the style for a full refund or store credit. If you are not entirely satisfied with any full priced Emilia Elliott item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We do not give refunds. Store credit will be given when items are returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a faulty item was sent to you. All items must be returned in the new and unused condition, with all tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE: No credit is given for lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.


No refunds are given for items on sale or during a sale unless the item is deemed faulty. If the wrong size has been ordered or if you’ve changed your mind, only an exchange option is provided (with postage costs covered by the customer).
